Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Nuts & Bites, we deal in food and consumable products, and therefore follow a strict yet fair policy to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch by contacting us at:

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
Damaged or defective product received
Incorrect product delivered
Missing items in the order
To qualify for a refund:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear images or videos of the product and packaging
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Change of mind after purchase
Personal taste preferences
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided
Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
Opened, used, or partially consumed products
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification
5. Replacement Policy
Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
